Property investment platform
Easywealth Invest
Share in property's rent and sale, together.
Screens from the Easywealth app in development, with test data. The token price shown is simulated.
Easywealth Invest is not available and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or inducement to invest, or financial advice. It describes how the service is designed; it would only launch once all the authorisation and protections it needs are in place. The value of investments can fall as well as rise.
What it is
Easywealth Invest is a platform Easywealth Ltd is building so that people can share in property together, without having to buy a whole building.
A participant’s share is a contractual share of a pool’s rent and sale proceeds, not legal ownership of the property. The app, the property engine and the pools are being designed and tested. Nothing is open yet, no money is accepted, and the figures in the app are test data.
Why it matters
Chosen with data and the community
Every property is scored on value and its local market, and the community votes on which ones go ahead.
Rent that's actually received
Only rent that has really been paid, after costs, is shared out. Estimates are never paid as income.
You decide when it's sold
Sale offers go to a vote, with three independent valuations. A sale can only go to a vote if every participant would come out ahead.
A way out when you want it
Participants can leave at any time. A reserve built from Easywealth's own income is set aside so every exit can be paid.
How it works
Easywealth Invest, step by step.
- 01
Discover
Our property engine, L4S, finds and scores opportunities in the UK, UAE and USA. The community votes on the best ones.
- 02
Join a pool
Properties that win the vote open as pools. Participants commit Token A, the platform's token, and the pool raises the full purchase price before anything is bought.
- 03
Earn rent
When rent comes in, the costs are paid and the rest is shared out by each person's share of the pool.
- 04
Vote on the sale
When a buyer makes an offer, participants vote, with three independent valuations in front of them.
- 05
Exit any time
Leaving returns your exact amount of Token A from the exit reserve, and your share passes to Easywealth.
Why it keeps growing
- Fees and Easywealth's share of rent
- Token A bought back
- Exit reserve grows
- Every exit covered
- Confidence for new pools
Buy-backs are paid only from Easywealth's own income, never from money in the pools. If the reserve falls short, new pools pause until it's rebuilt.
