Easywealth Utilities is a planned marketplace where homes and businesses set out what they need and participating suppliers respond. We’d like to hear from licensed suppliers and brokers who want to help shape it.
The proposed marketplace
Customers describe their requirements: usage, location, contract preferences. Requests that match a supplier’s criteria would be shared with them without the customer’s contact details. Suppliers respond with an offer for those exact requirements.
How eligible requests would reach you
You would set the requests you want to see: region, home or business, energy type, usage range and contract types. Only matching requests would be sent, and you choose which to answer.
How offers would be compared
Every offer is shown in the same format: estimated annual and monthly cost, contract length, fixed or variable, unit rates, standing charges, exit fees and eligibility. Rankings are by what the customer chooses (lowest cost, shortest contract, no exit fee), never by who pays more.
Customer choice
The customer decides whether to go ahead and with whom. Nobody is switched automatically, and customer details are only shared with the supplier they choose.
The participation model, including any fees, hasn’t been set and would be agreed with participants. We’re listening, not contracting, at this stage.
